Preferred Qualifications:

A high school diploma and at least 3 years’ experience in a food/retail service environment, including a minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience of a team of at least 5 team members 

The ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as needed

Job Description:

You will have total responsibility for all aspects of the store and its operations. This means you will be in charge of providing superior customer service, interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of employees, and driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques and local marketing.

Other responsibilities may include inventory, scheduling, product ordering and sourcing.

The role is for the Cleveland store location and may include off-site catering opportunities.
